It's either Pim blochii or some sort of variant. To be honest there are tons of pims that come out of the amazon that we end up classifiing as blochii, but im sure over the next decade or so we will start to see some clarification in the taxonomy that will expand Pimelodus even more than it already is.
So im gonna go with blochii, with the possibility that it could be at least 4 other classified fish.
I doubt it is albofasciatus, they generally grow to 6". And the poster stated that this fish is 8-10". Normally i would say lets get a ruler, but this fish just looks larger than 6 inches. But again most of the fish under the pimelodus genus look a lot alike so could be.....

Its pretty much a classic example of Albofasciatus,ive keps numerous specimens over a 35 year period,all grew between 10 and 11 inches.The specimen in the picture is easily 10 going on the assumption the tank is between,12 and 15 inches front to back.
