Need help ASAP! Is this ich or fungus?

cupramine should be effective.
Ich needs to run its course, and often looks worse before it gets better.
Vacuuming substrate with any water change helps rid of unhatched cysts.
when I treat, I treat everyday for 3 days, do a major water changes and start over.
So do I do a full dose and keep the cupramine at 0.5mg/L? Right now I'm keeping it at 0.3mg/L. I just followed the instructions that for freshwater just do half dose?

What other meds that won't interact with cupramine. I'm concerned about the secondary bacterial infection.

takes about a week for them to all fall off, heat ups there cycle, keep heat up for 2 weeks after you not longer see on your fish. melifix and pimifix can help with preventing secondary infections.

These two can be mix with cupramine without making an adverse reaction?

yup, should not be an issue

Just my opinion but I have never used any meds. We have 14 tanks and I have battled ich several times. The best solution for me is Salt. Raised temperature and meth blue. I have never had a fish have ich for longer then 3 or 4 days.

medifix and pimefix are both natural bacterial and fungus inhibitors made to be used together. they will not not cure anything but are a strictly preemptive treatment. think neosporin for a cut. it will not help if the cuts infected already but can help the infection from happening to begin with.

myth blue will disrupt your bio filter and should only be used as a bath or dip or in a hospital tank, good stuff but would not add to your regular tank.

I use it regularly on all 14 tanks at any sign of fish stress. No ill effects.

what dosage? says right on the caution can interfere with nitrifying bacteria, resulting in rapid ammonia and or nitrite rise in the tank. it is suggested to be used in a separate tank.
