Need help ASAP

Baby brine is too small & probably a waste. Be sure to drain anything you defrost through a brine shrimp net. You don't want the "juice" to add any waste to your tank.

Update: Two are swimming around the entire tank and look quite healthy. They are both eating the baby brine shrimp I put in there. Two of the others are kind of just sitting there with their faces in the the rocks. I don't think they will make it. The last one is on his side and I'm sure he will be dead soon. Raising just two in there will be a problem won't it?

well I guess I am going to go pick up some blood worms. What else do think I should feed these little guys?

bump up the temp to 82 or so and add a bit of aquarium salt, keep the tank lights off and try not to spend too much time in front of the tank, hopefully that'll help them recover. i would also be sure to test the water once or twice a day and perform small volume water changes as necessary.

i would stick to a diet of bloodworms, good quality flake food, and frozen krill at that size.

1tbsp/10g. You could also add Melafix for stress, too.

Ok so I added two appropriate sized Amazon Sword plants. I also picked up some blood worms that they love. Unfortunately 2 have died and one more is on his way out. The other two look really good. They are eating like crazy and swimming everywhere. I am also adding salt. The guy told me to get conditioning salt. I hope this is the same stuff. I only added 1tbsp so far. So please let me know if this isn't the right stuff. I also picked up some flakes too. How often should I alternate or what between the two? Thanks and sorry for the paragraph.

are you talking about water conditioner salt? i use regular aquarium salt, just make sure you dissolve the salt in a cup of tank water before you dump it into the tank.

you can mix up the feeding as much as you want to, it's just a good idea to get them used to eating different foods when they are small, that way they don't get stuck on one thing and get stubborn with other foods.

Alright. It is water conditioning salt. I already used water conditioner. The first tablespoon I poured slowly into the current from the filter. I this salt ok to use or should I be using something else?

I did another water test today and the ammonium was really low and PH was at 7.5. Everything else looked good. The water was little hard.

not sure about the salt, i'm not sure if there are any additives to softener salt, i'll see what i can find out...

when you add salt to the tank, you always want to make sure you dissolve the salt in the cup of tank water and then pour it in tho
