I just got home from work and one of my rbp died....when I got here she was still swimming but all over the place facing up and down and rested on one of the rocks.....then she just died....2 other piranhas are fine but one is away from the group at the very top of the tank.....they all seem kinda slow.......I check the water and amonia is 0 nitirte 0 nitrate 10 and ph 7.6.....please help I don't want to lose anymore fish

I set the temp to 78 on the heater but the termometer says 80....I do water changes weekly....I did one Monday night and one yesterday to try and help......this morning my other piranha died.....I'm donw to 2....what can I do?....need more info?

How long have you had the RBP? You need to give out more info.....what food do you feed them, how long have you had them and how much water do you change everytime, 20,30,40% of the water? How big is the tank?

to me it sounds like lack of oxygen or low water temps. you've already ruled out low water temps. you haven't done any recent treatments right? do you have a powerhead or airstones in your tank?

I have a 40 gallon tank with 2 hob filters...I replace 10 gallons of water every week....I have only had them for about a week...I feed them cichlid flakes....they won't take pellets ......they eat the flakes but I didn't think they were eating enough so I got the some feeder fish ( I know is not the best ting to feed them but have not have the chance to get shrimp) no air stone or power head

I don't have a air stone or a power head....the tank is cycled...I had my cichlids in ther and sold them and got piranhas the tank is not new only the fish
