Ha good one :) I really want to keep a bamboo shark in it. I'll up grade when needed. I'm just unsure what I can keep with a bamboo. I'd really like to be able to house more then just a bamboo shark.

hm ... well what is your banded catshark in right now?

He's in the 150 gallon right now. He was in a 30 gallon until the 150 gallon was done. I was going to put him in a 600 gallon and turn the 150 gallon into a reef tank, but I am strongly having my doubts now.

aaahhh okay i see now. Well man with a shark that big , the 150 would be a good qt tank if anything where to happen with his bigger tank or any other animals you housed him with got injured and such. So my final conclusion to this thread is .... 600 gallon banded cat shark , with large naso tang , huge lion , and maybe a couple other friends... sell the 150 , get a 55 gallon and make a beautiful reef :). Or save all your cash and get the 1000 gallon tank that catshark will maybe need.

GL with your beast of a shark , people think these sharks arnt but they are wrong. Pic is of a big bamboo , maybe not full grown

ashlee .... you have my fish as your picture , why not a picture of like idk you and me or like ... idk hes mine though :(

Wow. Who spent 3 weeks convincing you to get him? Oh yeah, that was me.....

I'll keep the 150 gallon, I can always use it for something. I was going to jump right to a 1000 gallon, but I'm buying a house next fall and figured it'd be stupid to do the 1000 gallon now and have to move it in 9 months. I'm pretty sure the bamboo shark and whatever else I put in the 150 gallon will do fine for 9 months or so. I plan on going tomorrow to pick up some more fish for the 150 gallon. I'm leaning towards a lion fish, tang so far. I'd really like to grab a snowflake eel as well.

Oh wow this tank is gonna be good, i used to have a bamboo shark he was blind in both eyes and used his smell to eat. I got him for a really good deal, but then we went to florida for two weeks and left my knowledeable buddy in charge of my tanks. When i got back he was gone and i couldnt find him anywhere. To this day i still miss him.
