NEED HELP FAST, MISTAKES HAVE BEEN MADE ON AQUABID

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Why isnt the seller providing their own pictures of the specific stock they are selling to you? Yes run for the hills and no they already breached the contract first by presenting a picture as their own picture as Aquabid sellers rule is must use own picture on their end
Their excuse was they were out of town, hadn't gotten pictures recently and wouldn't be back for a few days in conjunction with their paypal email and an invoice. Haven't paid, and luckily so far they haven't given my account a bad review. I wouldn't take a review to heart, but it would make things harder in the future in terms of other sellers choosing to sell me things.

Just don't pay if u don't feel comfortable. Worse thing can happen is he leaves u a negative feedback. Ain't no legal action going to happen over this. Last time I bid on aquabid. Once buyer win its up to the buyer and seller to work out payment

Don't worry about it you were the one scammed so don't think Aquabid or the Sellers will have any trust issues with you. My advice is to view the negative and positive reviews prior to bidding.

I usually do when I'm keen on buying something, and I did, I was mildly concerned about the fact that there were only 3 positives that had the same text but I cut him some slack thinking it was just someone who bought 3 things from him at the same time, probably the desperation getting to me there, and in hindsight it was probably a burner account that he'd set up, throw some fake reviews in on an alt account, get his money and delete.

LOL its definitely a scammer or a crappy seller because as a seller if I knew i was headed out of town and did not post pictures of whatever I was selling especially fish i wouldnt have posted it until I was back in town to be able to make sure its healthy and being shipped out before selling- definitely a scam making excuses they are out of town is a page out of the scam book lol ?
