People always turn up their nose and laugh at the idea of being accosted online for illegal activities on this forum. I'm not sure how they think the USFW authorities monitor this sort of offense - by going door-to-door, knocking and asking the homeowner if they have an aquarium and, if so, can they inspect it for illegal species?

...Of course not! This is not only where traffic comes through, it's also where trades are made and money switches hands. If you think they aren't watching, you're wrong, and if you think it's wise to promote the illegal fish to keep, you're far from correct.

I have seen administration openly admit the presence of Big Brother on this forum. Maybe they're lying, maybe not, but I don't take chances.

i have also seen it thats why i posted my post...i also have some good friends in the DNR and the USFW...as i said before they tell me they like these kinds of people...they make their jobs easier...one said "its like when we had that putz shoot a deer in the city park with his .270cal at 2pm on a sunday"..."anyone that outright dumb needs to be removed from the herd"...they stayed with the deer carcuse and aressted the guy for poaching, discarging a firearm with in city limits and a few others...not the same as this deal, but not only would the op lose their fish, tanks, ect., but have fines and some sort of probation to go with it...it would be more issuses for the op cause it was involing crossing state lines aswell witch is a whole other issue...
