Im looking into getting a moderatly large lizard, which in my opinion is about the size of a bearded dragon to a small monitor.
I was looking at Water Dragons (Preferably Australian)
Some types of bearded dragons, most likely not gonna get one though
Maybe an Eastern Collared lizard
Or maybe also some tpyes of smaller monitors
also i would like to hear your opinions on my choices, and some of your own choices
any help is great :D

honestly, i think a bearded is the way to go as far as medium sized lizards go. mabey some ackies? but not many lizards are handleable at a large size

chuckawallas are awesome, basilisk, agamids, idk

You could go with a group of water dragons, either would be good. you could try some of the larger uromastyx, timor monitors, blue tounges.

if you want something with great personality in a decent size than go with a bearded or two.

they are very nice. they cost a little more but ive heard that a great to work with..

i love the bright red color the males get on there chest.

ill start with the aussie in a 20 gal. that i have (im gonnaget a babie) then build a custom giant wooden/glass enlcosure for when it gets older, thanks for the imput guys ;)

They are very hard to come by ( aussie wds) so if you see them for sale jump on it, i seen one or two for sale a few weeks ago on king snake, good luck with it!

I have a female and shes great!
