A week Try for a year and we will seeIgs have great mood changes specialy males and its something we just have to live with to have them. You need to read their body languaje and if you cant you can lose a finger or two But if you are able to dedicate yourself to them and have the experience I cannot recomend them more heartly, one of the most amazing, rewarding and fascinating pets you can get your hands on They worth much more then the 30$ or so they are sold for
