Need help with plumbing on my sump

Excuse me for using your picture for example. Ok Here , all the green color that high lighted. you don't need it. Just install one return pipe and a vale that you can adjust the flow of the return water. One emergency over flow pipe. In cause if you for got to clean your filter and the filer got clog or the return pipe got clog , then the water will escape in to the emergency pipe. This way the water can get back to your pond not all over your house floor. Good luck

"The Performance curve" is getting me a "404 error"

1 sec lemme find the specs on "flow loss" or "head chart"

See where it says "Up to 80 GPM"?
that means at zero head, or right out of the 1.5" outlet, with no plumbing, it can deliver 80 GPM or 4800gph
however,
every bend, and foot of rise, and couplings, and reducers, will take a little bit off that Flow rate...
SO lemme see what the actual GPH is, that you have to return to the tank...

it has 6 90s, 1 45, and a tee at the top were it dumps into the 2 trash cans.. and yes it is plumbed with 1.5" pvc

Bro that's like adding another 5-6 feet of head...
What does the flow chart say the pump output is, at 10 feet of head?

that is the amount of flow you'll need to plumb the standpipe and drains to handle...

In a rough estimate I'd say your 2" drain/standpipe is going to work fine...

as a side note,
that pump will draw 280 watts to deliver the flow you have.
By eliminating those 90's and use, say a flexible hose? you could cut the power needed to flow the same amount with 1/2 the wattage...If you were to eliminate the bends and use a smaller pump...
on the other side of that coin, if you eliminate those 90's and use the same pump, you'll double the flow using the SAME 280 watts...just something to think about...

If it were me, I'd leave the plumbing you currenty have and add the overflow WonderKeeper drew in on the right. After all, you worked hard on your pluming and it looks good.
