Fungus and it looks like fin rot....maybe???

Heavy water changes and some melafix can do almost anything:)

how frequent should i do water changes i did a 50% water change yesterday ive heard water changes stresses them out which can in turn make watever they have worse

is the aquarium salt also a good idea or pointless?? and if i do water changes i know the salt never cancels out so should i add more after a water change.. i have to do a dose of melafix every day if im not mistaken should i dose the same thing every day or less doses

These problems normally stem from water parameters. If you'd check these and determine their numbers, you'd probably find that this is the problem. Until you fix water quality, medicating really makes no sense. The same problem will keep happening. Ammonia and Nitrite need to be zero, and Nitrate needs to be below 20. Bad water quality is usually the cause of "mysterious" illness.
