You need to take some pictures without that light. You sure those are eggs flowerhorn don't scatter eggs in multiple locations they're grouped up all together. Also it can be prolapse.
I cannot make a determination though because it's hard to see whats going on.
With flowerhorn sometimes they're surprises with sex determination. I've seen a male with the black dorsal spot and I had a female who had a huge kok with no black dorsal spot.
I really don't think those are eggs they look like 10-20 maybe all over the place. Better pics can do wonders.
