So far my fish are doing well with the pikes. The geophagus investigated the pikes, and they seem to interact well.

It's Crenicichla sveni from Columbia. They are quite common and come in as assorted pikes along with Cr. sp. "Belly Crawler".
Interesting, it seems to have black splotches above the head, thats not normal. Might be a skin pigmentation thingy. My pikes get it some times...it comes and goes. But yeah....Crenicichla sveni.....miss my little baby...got rid of her at 8"...
nice geo's the sveni should make a nice contrast in behavior, color and def eating

Just watch the sveni...it will grow faster and be more aggressive than the geos...i eventually had to remove my geos.........yeah.....lol
what "Scatocephalus" said, lol that pike looks nice tho, and those geos in the back, i used to have a geo but my pike killed it .......... so be careful. i miss my geo 
There's a total of 3 pikes and 4 geos, also a peacock cichlid, green spotted puffer and 2 giant danios. The pikes pay no attention to the other fish, they having a pecking order amonst themselves though.
