thanks guys, I'll have some good pictures of him by the end of the night. I'm a little worried about the erosion on the side of his head although its all healed up. Just not very appealing looking. If anybody in SE Michigan stumbles upon this thread who is looking for a big pike let me know.

Oh you just had to add SE Michigan, that's the closest part of Michigan to me, only about an hour away. If somehow you still have it in a couple months (Highly doubt it) I'll come get it for sure.

probably won't have him for too long but you can bet he will be a lot nicer looking by the time hes gone. I'm in 48843 and might be traveling to Ohio soon for a vacation. Where are you located?

dont travel to ohio travel to iowa :) id take it for sure. would be a great addition to my pond.

johanna i believe... lower lip extension...i have a 6 inch johanna i am trying to get a better home also

any ideas on what to feed this guy? I've tried big chunks of beef heart, whole raw shrimps, five 1" convicts that he shares a tank with, and 2 feeders that I've had quarantined forever. I was hoping I'd just see the fish in the tank start disappearing but I haven't yet. Should I keep starving him until he eats?

heres a better photo
