need more caves

wich plecos are cave spawners are gold nuggets or royals cave spawners and what is ther thickness please
 
gold nuggets are. it depends, i have mine that is less than an inch thick. they will of course get bigger, but im not sure what the thickness, or height it will be. a lot of hysp. sp and peckoltia sp. are cave spawners
 
if you went for the tiger plecos. or smaller plecos that stay about 6" or less might be better for caves system
 
i think i'm going to have to get 3'' pipe i can't find any clear pvc or anything over 2'' the only thing i can find is clear plastic flexible tubeing which is probibly what i'll have to get if i can find it big enough so it won't be as great as i pictured but i'll do my best hope you guys like it when it's done

i'm done sorry it took so long took a long time to find the right suplies i can't tell you how my fish like it becouse i don't have the 55 gallon
i hope my fish will like it but if thay won't go in the tube's i'll take them out and glue the small cave's to the big cave

if theyre like some of mine, you'll never see your plecos again!! lol. you putting the piping beneath the substrate. if they die in there or anything, your screwed. how wide is the piping?
