Well, if you box in the whole thing to help with heat, just install a bathroom type fan to pull the condensation out into the garage. You could have it on a switch or timer to only run for a certain amount of time, since if it ran all the time it could increase the evaporation rate and cool down the tank. But it would certainly help with the humidity over the tank...
