I do not have heaters in the tank. The tank will drop a few degrees in winter but does not flucuate otherwise because of the size and materials of the tank. My marble cat slows down in the winter, the other fish don't seem to be bothered by it. I am planning on doing a water change tonight.

Final update, I ended up having to put down my RTC last night
. The last couple weeks he didn't seem to get any worse nor any better until last night. 'Bubba' was 21", 5lbs and 3 yrs old.
