i know and just dont like it. When I drive, I just wana drive and enjoy it. and having a stick kinda bugs me. I mean if I can find one manual, your sure as hell bet i'll get it. but i prefer auto.

and, i dont like the outbacks. dont like wagon cars.

the cheapest WRX (not even sti) ive found was about 15k
the cheapest STI was like 19K...

theres a couple, on my craigslist I think for like 10grand. Leme find the link.
 
you can get good finds if you look long enough, i found A 97 TT with front end damage, nothing that couldn't be fixed for under 5k, for a price of $1,900 on yahoo auto's. i emailed the guys the second i saw it, and it was sold a few hours earlier. but other than that, or a totaled shell of a MKIV, you won't find TT's under 25-35, you'd be lucky to find a damaged naturally aspriated 94 for 15k.

think about it, they are amazing cars, that everybody knows are beasts with the right amount of engine work- Supply and demand Buddie.

PS- i owned a 98 MKIV from 02-06.

I can agree there.. It doesn't really sound right. But lucky for you on the supra auto TT's and N/A's are less expensive.. Best of luck in your search but it will be hard to find a supra tt auto or a sti for 10k.. You might hear of a deal once in a lifetime but you'll spend months/years waiting for it and probably missing it due to it selling hours after posted. If 10k is your absolute max. Due to ease ablility to fall into your budget you may want to look at other options, old school mr2 turbo's are nice, as well as porsche 944/951's, heck even lexus sc300's which a majority are auto and share 2jz platform, and stuff like the 300zx tt.

hang out on www.supraforums.com and wait for a deal I guess??

only 17 grand :(

Most race cars work off an auto platform......Sticks simply wont hold up....

Their is acouple I have seen in my area for less than 15 (older supra's) but never seen an STI for that cheap-That simply amazes me...
