need some help id

fishier Rob .......... You must be under the impression that none of us have seen a chancho before.

Bottom line is one cannot simply eye ball a relatively piss poor jpeg image of someones fish, and give a 100% accurate ID, especially when that fish originated from a commercial farm that is not only known for mislabeling their fish, but also for selling numerous forms of cichlid hybrids.

You think that it's a chancho, good for you - others including myself think not.

Ok im not bn mean, I have showed you my reasons fot thinking it a chancho, but none of you can show me anything that says its a fh, if you dont want to help me or the OP then dont post,

can anyone show me a fh like the one in th op, I just do get how it cant b a chancho, can someone help me out here?

So this is how you help people, why even say anything really, wow, having 2nd thoughts about coming to this site, hopefully others will b more knowledgeable on helping others

Stick around for more than a minute, and you'll find out that I am typically quite helpful here on MFK. You'll also find out that I know a thing or two about the amphilophus genus, and even flowerhorns.

Speaking of being helpful .........

SO NOT A FLOWERHORN ARE YOU COLOR BLIND

It doesnt even have red eyes

Ya you sound like them pets mart guys, "it says red Tex so its really fh but idk just going by what it says"

Im only a newb to this forum, show me a pic of a flowerhorn that look like the one in this post, I dont see any red in it.

And that's you being helpful?

FYI - not all FH have red eyes, nor do all FH have red in their body color. In other words your reasoning behind why it is not a FH, proves absolutely nothing. As an example, the following fish is a Kamfa flowerhorn.

Petsmart sources their fish from Segrest Farms, which source many of their fish from farms in Asia, many of those being hybrids.

No need to get your panties all bunched up because based on this single image a few of us don't feel that this is a chancho.
