Got it ordered from That Fish Place, $20. Im fairly certain what we've found here is the problem, with that rotor not locking in, there is nothing to force the water up. Its like a big industrial water pump. If the rotor breaks or somehow frees itself from the insert theres nothing to push the water forward. I have all sorts of media for it as well that came along with it so Im not going to have to spend any money there. If a $20 impeller makes this thing sing Im going to be super happy, $20 for an xp4 seems like a fair deal.
