While it's all opinion. I'm not sure what fish would fit in a 8x4 that wouldn't fit in a 10x3?

I agree if ya have room for a 10x3 or a 8x4 then you should be able to fit a 10 x 4

some rays need the 4ft, i love rays so that's why i went with the 96X48; which is a perfect tank size for most rays.

No need to link me to stingray profiles. I've been here for a little bit and own and have owned a couple rays. lol

But to each his own.

I would say go 120x48, but by then you could go 144x48, then 144x60, etc.. And realistically you probably have a budget.
