Need something different in with Rays

Looking for ideas of something different to put in with my rays.
Setting up a new 350 gallon tank and want to do some different stock with them. But not large large fish. Would like color and middle or top swimmers.

Pbass I know is one, but what else????

Have silver dollars..
What I already have is Silver Dollars, Aro's, Clown Knife, large kissing gourami, and Indo Dats..
Looking for other ideas, fish with more color..

geos and earth eater cichlids only temporary they will always get killed .

serverums are my favorite even the largest ones i have kept got killed by my rays too.not eaten just killed and chomped a bit.

try out super red severums/orange stripe severums they are super nice if you get a hold of quality ones i had a group of 8 very high quality ones all were 5-8" and i only have 2 left after a year.

I have three rays Im planning on putting in this new tank. 11" / 12" and about 14" diam. All Motoro rays

If color is your biggest concern, I can't see how they will match but you can't beat a big Koi for color, peacefulness and survivability with rays. (I keep rays in a Koi pond)

I have discus, red bay snook, and Dats with mine. The Dats and discus are together and the red bay snook are in another system as they are too aggressive for the discus

I would think discus would end up as prey. If not than that would be a good option for color, although might get expensive if they start getting picked off. Nothing like a $100+ ray snack.

Datts are a good option. Just find some stable ones.I keep these with my rays and thy've always done great.
