Need to decide-55g or 240....

that's why they have credit but only if ya have a job that you know you can pay it back.

55 would be a Heros tank for me. 2-4 either same or mixed.
240+ is pikes, bass and bocourti

IMO I would save up for the 240 unless you want a breeding pair then dont bother and jsut stick with a 55

Well after some more research i found that cheaper tanks can be had in vancouver( 4 hours away) worth the drive when you see things like a full 75 gallon setup for 100 bucks. oh and the credit is already pretty stretched due to excessive beer consumption and a mortgage

go for anything but the 240.
id go with a 75 and put a kick ass midas in there or something,
and i live in Alberta so i could hook u up with crazy fish

I would vote for a 75 for now as well. You could buy the 75 now... and in a years time when you've saved up money for the 240... you could use the 75 for the sump filter for the 240. That was you can factor the cost of the 75 into the 240. I think a 75 gallon would make a PERFECT tank for DIY sump for a 240...

I like this new realm of possibility. I have one big problem. Just broke up with the gf so the 240 is not possible. selling the house means no 240 for awhile. Anyway, I think I'll drive to van and go pick a 75-90. Anyhow, due to the realtors, (there better not be lawyers!), hassle, moving, and other bs during the end of a long term relationship, I won't have time to talk to you guys for awhile.
