I fixed my emperor on the 75 and bought the aqueon 55/75 since it has better GPH and it was only $23. Its strictly a backup filter

I dlnt plan on using the cartridges on it after I use the first one and the same goes for my emperor.

get some blue/white bonded pad from lfs. insert into holster ,no need for cartridge. b/w lasts a LONG time ,I've had some last for several years, just rinse it out once in a whileYou'll like it at first. After spending a bunch of money on cartridges, you just may change your mind
