Need vicious monster fish

How bigs the FLG? He looks to be a foot or so judging from your avatar. How big is the tank? As long as the FLG isn't like, WAY bigger than the scomb I don't see a problem with that combo. The scomb won't bother anything thats too big to eat. Normally when rocket gars come in they're tiny though and I figure your FLG will think they'd make a tasty little treat. Same goes for any new additions. You'd do better to ask the gar guys probably but I figure anything thats small enough for the FLG to pick off is as good as dead.

My channa pulchra is pure evil! So cool he will instantly kill everything that you drop in the water and anything else in the tank, but depends where you are if they are legal or not and I don't think it would work with the gar. Oscars sound similar to what you want as well

OK I have had just about every fish in the hobby and in my opinion the Grammode is prob the most evilest fish I have had. Pure agression. Attacking other cichlids twice as big as him never seen anything like it. Coolest fish ever!

I would love to have seen those tanks. There are just under 12,000 named species of FW fish on this planet. That's 170 new species a year, every year, for a 70 year old hobbyist.
