hmm interesting little guys.
they are supposed to be super aggressive, right?

Told you we should have gotten some!

Regan/Rmac... how many did you order? Size?

Hi Sean, I just got the one sexed pair which is like about a 3 1/2" male, and maybe 2 3/4" female. I picked up a sexed pair of chanchos and red isletas as well. Also got a small group of 4 fry of grammodes and amarillos which are in together, but too small I think for the Neets. From what my impression is on the neets, they are super tough little guys that probably wouldn't bother smaller or unagressive type of fish, unless they were trying to breed. I have a midas pair that I got from you that has now bred for the second time. I switched them over to their own tank, so lost most of the fry.

I will say that I think you can add Neets to many larger fishes tanks since they're so fast and rugged and shouldn't need their own tank unless you wanted a specific breeding program with them.

Here you go Cornbread... I couldn't get the female, she is hiding in her hang out, but at least you can see the male. The female is a bit darker black with a white stripe which means she is in breeding mode.

Sweet pictures RMac, keep them coming guys. Doesn't seem to be much around about these guys.

My "Mr. Cichlid" guru at the LFS had no idea what these guys were! ahah

NICE Regan! That's it.... they're on my next order from Rapps! (Or anyone who has them when I order!)
