i try to set up the co2 tank just now after i turn the knob on the tank seems like air coming out from the side of the regualtor which is located the left right under the picture list D above what u posted. There's is some sort of small hole/opening but dunno what that is.

you really need a big wrench to tighten this thing down. dont be afraid to put some muscle into it. also, are you using a nylon seal between the regulator nut and the tank?
yup is in there. Tomorrow i'll get a wrench and tighten it up see what happen next. Does the huge blck knob on the regulator and needle valve thats to be loosen when i turn on main valve from cyclinder?
yeah the big black knob should be backed out and loose before you open the cylinder. after you open the gas, adjust your black knob to get the working pressure you need. then adjust the needle valve for your final flow
