Nes man!! Your are running four 2262's and a Reeflo and your worried about spending money on a big UV!!
Good luck with your project it is looking pretty good already.

i know its sounds crazy i wouldnt be running 4 2262's if i had enough room. on a much sadder note my plans to go fishing this morning got cancelled do to rain. more pictures later i have to go watch some marching bands perform.

Lol, I saw Eheim and my first thought went to watercooling my computer! Have to remember, they're for aquatics first, PC second.

actually for scale trains then for aquatics then pc.

I got some good news..... well for me anyway. i just baught a evinrude 9.9 for 50$!!!!! and it runs!!!

on a sepate note i bought all the fittings for the water change system. *sarcastic voice* i sure hope 2inch holes will drain fast enough. :)

Is that 2" after the bulkheads are installed? If so, then yeah, your going to move a lot of water real quick :headbang2

I have 1.5" on my 450 and it really moves some water when wide open for waterchanges.

the bulkheads are two inch and I'm going to run a two inch pipe to the shower drain. sorry about no pictures Ive been busy working on the engine, witch I'm going to rebuild the carb tomorrow.

any comments on the configuration of my canister filters?

I bet the shower drain wont be able to handle it :) You should run that water outside and water your lawn :D

I have two canister filters on my 450 so yours with 4 sounds about right.

the tank is in the basement or else i would. Showwer drain is honestly the largest ive ever seen itis 6 inches. anyway i got about 3 feet of showwer to fill up before over flow, since it just a shower no bath i have enough room for a central IL mfk meet in there. Also i should only need one drain open at anyone time.

there is a hardline pipe above the tank. i hope to use it to fill the tank. it is only a cold though so i might put a few extra heaters and fill it up slowly. Though dont count on that being the final plan i might have to get creative.
