Netflix to raise prices soon!

Proposed price hike to ten dollars by July...
 
Lol,I got tired of too much I wanted see being only available on DVD.
 
It will get high enough that I will cancel it eventually. It is nice to have, but I don't use it all that much. They will eventually go the way of cable and satellite and start charging whatever they want for it. As soon as they have the foothold that they think they need.
 
I can see that happening.A few friends of mine have it because they don't have cable.
 
We got rid of our cable too. We actually decided to try Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Not a bad thing for us. The kids love it. And I like the cheaper monthly payments. I was paying $160 a month for a whole bunch of channels I don't even use, and some I actually despised. So for me, it is now $49 to the cable company, $20 to Netflix, $8 to Hulu and $80 one time/year (less than $7/ month) to Amazon. I did this to save money. Like Pharaoh, should it or the others increase substantially, cancellation awaits.

The price hike is for new customers and should be around a $1-$2 at most. Existing customers will be in the future unknown date. I use it and Hulu plus and that is all...I haven't had cable forever. I would rather pay $80 a month for internet and Hulu/Netflix instead of $170 a month for cable/internet. I use the savings for more items for my hobby :p:p:p
