I posted in full about a major COURT ruling, finding huge ongoing misconduct by blm & usfs agencies, agents, as well as other co-conspirators (the court finding, NOT opinion).
Do I have to post hundreds of pages of court transcripts for that to be valid ?
I would therefore like to request that Lee be barred from this discussion for his refusal to cease flinging attacks with the term "right wing". I am absolutely sick of NON fact based comments.
I personally don't resent ranchers at all.. just those(people) that think they have been a "right" to make a living at a failed business plan at the expense of the taxpayer ..these are all antiquated 19th century laws that might need upgrading...the BLM may well abuse their power in some cases but do you really think "free range"has any place in 21st century AMERICA..?I want tickets to that show (riot)

was this court ruling subsequently overturned?...and what part of it's ruling ,IN YOU OPINION, applies to the current case, counselor...and if it was subsequently overturned, you do realize it has ZERO VALIDITY...?
