Yes, this abnouncement was by and because of the Oath Keepers. Someone (admittedly maybe not you, this thread is becoming confusing with all of the participants) stated that they (the OK) are domestic terrorists. Yes, that us a profoundly ignorant statement. Yes, if you made it, you are profoundly ignorant.

After what I have seen looking into the Bundy's fight with the BLM I don't believe that there is anything they can do other than try and plee their case in court and try to prove that the cattle don't harm the so called endangered tortoises in any way. If he can do that he is still likely going to face fees for not paying the BLMs permits even though he had negotiated state with the state years before they became involved. But that won't happen because the real reason they want him out isn't the tortoise or any environmental reason. The land is owned by the federal government currently and there is little that can be done about what they decide to change or charge. My advise to the Bundy's is to sell their ground in Nevada and relocate to a more cattle friendly state or at least county. Clark county does appear to be very aggressively anti grazing and it just isn't worth the hassle. It may not be right what they are doing to them, but unfortunately there isn't much the Bundy's can do to change that. It will only change if the country stands up and votes the appropriate people in and out in both party's. The states also need to stand up and take charge of their land in state and fight the Feds who want to run the country on a national level. The constitution was set up so the power was meant to be run at a local level first, them county, then state and so on. This sadly is a lost practice.
