never been fed feeders

my jardini 3.5" has once. but never again. i currentlly have a p-bass that i'm trying to get off live foods. just got him fri.

why feeding your fish with feeders?
feeders are fat,have lots of diseases and expensive-why not buy good quality food or just feed it some earthworms-shrimps-krill etc?more healthy,natural and cheap

does home bred count?
i breed platies 4 this purpose ...usually as a treat ever couple of weeks. Its not a regular thing. I normally throw in babies to help eat uneaten floaties

i didnt feed it the previous owner did

gives fat,arow gets DE,my friends silver was fed feeders once a week like 30 feeders as it grew it got DE on both sides
