Never Purcash fish at

HI everyone as some know i orderd a couple of weeks back some fastaes at arizona gardens,thats what i thought!Not only i received false advertising two fish where DOA!They creamed me with 100 something $ to ship it,but i havent gotten reimbursted,for the fish DOA or the order that they messed up,but i am getting charged with an extra 62.22$ for nothing!I've been calling no one answers i've sent numerous emails and no replies.I am going to start legal actions this Monday
with my Lawyer and see what happends from there..What would you do ? Ireally dont want to spend ant money on lawyers,but if you where in my shoes wouldn't you do the same?!!!

Yeah, for me it wouldnt be about the money, it would be about making sure the site could no longer sell fish to anyone.

I agree. It's about the principle, but how much is that going to cost you?
 
or u could sue them and make them pay your lawyer bills
 
True but why all this hassel,If they honored there busniess and were true to there words(Managers,Staff,Shipping department and Plant depatment too).None of this would have to happen.Like i havent beeen on the hunt for true red terror fastaes over a year now!I'm runnning out of patience and tolerance!...
 
Exactly. It's the principle and I also agree with "Deep Blue Sea" get your lawer fees as well.
 
Arizona Aquatic Gardens has bad reviews all over the web.

I would never order fish from them simply because they cannot give you a shipping cost until they ship your order. So, you will have two charges from them: one for the cost of the fish and another for shipping cost. If you had them send you new fish to replace the DOA's then you WILL get charged another shipping cost (it is on their website.)

It is posted all over their website that they do not control shipping costs, that they are not responsible for shipping costs, talk to FedEx if you have a problem with the shipping costs, etc, etc...

They also do not refund for DOA's. You either pay to have more fish sent to you or you get a credit for a future order. On the website it is posted that they WILL NOT talk to customers on certain days of the week and that they simply will not deal with you if you rasie a stink about their business (aka, ask too many questions.)

I for one find it hard to believe that a company as large and as busy as AZG's says they are cannot negotiate lower shipping costs from FedEx or that they cannot charge an average flat rate overnight shipping cost.

Getting a lawyer will just be a waste of time. All of their policies are stated on their website, including the way they bill separatly for shipping and fish/merchandise.

Sorry you got caught up with this horrible company, but really nothing can be done.
