Seriously!! Anyone could go down and collect these rays!! I find it hard to believe that Suriname boas can be collected and sold but no one takes the time to gather these amazing rays.

Catch snake, put in sack, carry back. Easy.

Try and catch a boesmani, put in a box, transport it for three to five days or more across country on unmade roads whilst trying to keep the water changed and the ray unstressed. All in a country without an established aquatic trade so there will be no export holding facilities waiting to help you at your destination. Yep, piece of piss popping down to Suriname to bring some Boesmani back. ; )

Did you catch the river monsters where he went there for the Aimara?
None the less it can be done, but it would be a costly trip I would think given there aren't the facilities in place to just fish box export

Why is it taking year after year?

People in the fish importing world should have been all over this years ago...... And since they aren't it makes a guy wonder why????
