ROTF; LMAO. This is just too much. What a comical read. It's better than reading a script for Saturday Night Live.:ROFL::ROFL:

MonsterMinis, I have compassion for your fish. I had 2 Albino's and 2 Tiger's and 2 Reds in a 55 Gal. They were all 2.5" when I purchased them. 1 month later at about 4" in size, I had all kinds of havoc going on in my tank one night. Before I could do anything to keep them all in harmonious tranquility. I lost 4 of them. I do hope all is well with your fish.

But you other guys . . . you're too much. :D Have a great Father's Day week end.

Cichlids are to never be trusted with each other. There is always a risk.

hahah, great read. I'm sorry to hear it worked out that way for you and the fish. Hopefully all will work out better once they're in the permanent tanks. I've heard too many bad Oscar stories to get one myself, as beautiful as they are. The one by itself shouldn't be a problem here on out. Best of luck.

Oscars are evil. I used to have two, not surprisingly i had to get rid of one.

My current oscar treats the other fish better than me.

He floats here next to me, appearing to be my friend. My little window buddy, just watching me type this...

But as soon as the hand goes into the water, its go time! He turns into some... hellish little, greasy demon!

He has gone as far as jumping like 6-8" out of the water to bite me durring WC's, I SCREAMED! Like a little girl, just about knocked the hood off my tank. And he's just floating there pissed off looking at me as if to say, you knew!

I need welding gloves to clean my tank. I'm a victom of my fish.... lol

pfft except rams and severums...

My severums (2 green about 2" each) have been VERY aggressive lately. They've been beating up my JD & my black aro. I came home today to see my black aro with fins torn up & almost scaled on both sides. I pulled them out & they're in a 10g until I can get to the LFS tomorrow.
