Never trust an Oscar !!!!

The oscars in my tank have decided that they do not like my Pleco on one of the pieces of driftwood and have taken to attacking him if he is on it. He is slowly learning to just leave that piece alone but I have to check on him daily it seems.

I need to get my other tank running to transplant him till he gets a bit larger I guess.
 
wow. From what I saw one time, my friends CK was throwing an oscar around like it was a toy!

i have a very laid back ck... never did any harm to anyone..and a very aggressive oscar... you just never can figure how their personality will turn out..:grinno:

Oscars are super smart ... no doubt about it.. and they want what they want:headbang2

Yup. I've already figured out my CK is a killer since it picked off 2 ID sharks about the same size!:eek:

oh yes.. do you feed him live food... sometimes that creates their appetite for fresh fish.. i never fed mine live.. except when i first brought him home.. after a week ot so i switched.
 
^ nope. Never, even from the very beginning. However, my CK is a very nice fish towards me.
