There's certainly no way to tell with certainty the difference between amarillo, cit, hog, chancho, etc. from sight (unless, of course, the fish colors up into a xanthic form; in that case it would be a cit). If it came from a LFS, it's likely to be a cit. She's a healthy looking girl either way!
