What are those 2 notches? Are they sitting between the rim and lid to just to keep in in place? And awesome 2nd picture...makes you feel like you are in the tank!

those 2 notches are zip ties holding PVC in place to keep the return bar thing level.

just installed the bulkhead strainers and added some goldfish to help cycle the tank along with cleaning some seeded media in the tank. now all that's left is second light that's coming in this coming Monday along with 2 more 10k bulbs, probably not going to use the antic bulbs, not sure yet though. and finally cleaning 3m colorquartz black T grade sand, this will take forever.

Thanks flipstylex. I'll and post some pics of tank with goldfish that's cycling my tank later tonight when I get off work. I'm so anxious to have tank fully cycled.
