New 300g stocking help

Tank is up and running. I have ordered a male carpintis, male parachromis friedrichstahlii and a female salvini from COTA.
Tank is from Mid West Custom. The wood in the tank is just a bunch of smaller pieces I found along the rivers here. All that decor was in 2 75g tanks and looked good in those tanks. It all seems to small in this tank so I need some bigger pieces also.
Rotkeil severum and the female JD have been rehomed. The ebjd harassed the female non stop. I was hoping it would get better in the 300 but it didnt. The Carpintis, salvini and Freddy are here and quarantined in a 75g.
The carpintis and salvini look healthy but the Freddy has some raised white spots. The spots are larger than ich and look fuzzy. It almost looks like his scales were lifted from an injury and the fuzz is fungus. I don't know and my pictures don't show it well.
Any help with treatment with medicine or just keep water clean and monitor?

Okay I will grab a 20g tomorrow. Can you be more specific with the salt treatment? I have treated ich with salt and raising the temp and have treated parasites with medicated food but never treated viral infections.looks like Freddy has something viral suggest isolation and add salt e.
