this is a diagram to show how the filtration is running

bassically the pump is in the tank, and it pumps out the water out from the tank into the filter next to the tank. The filter box has to be made higher than the tank, so that it can allows the water to flow naturally back into the tank. The flip side of this kind of filtration is that we ended up with a chunk of pump inside the tank, which is not nice to see, but we can always put some decorations to hide it. The reason I chosed this kind of system is because I dont wanna drill any holes on my tank, which will worry me about the glass strenght. Besides, by doing this, I still have plenty of room under the stand to make more tanks

thanks man, there are some fishes in my outdoor pond which I will move it into the tank, mostly some p bass species, some datnoids, pleco, a wolf fish, and some red hooks.
