thanks man,
this is a diagram to show how the filtration is running

bassically the pump is in the tank, and it pumps out the water out from the tank into the filter next to the tank. The filter box has to be made higher than the tank, so that it can allows the water to flow naturally back into the tank. The flip side of this kind of filtration is that we ended up with a chunk of pump inside the tank, which is not nice to see, but we can always put some decorations to hide it. The reason I chosed this kind of system is because I dont wanna drill any holes on my tank, which will worry me about the glass strenght. Besides, by doing this, I still have plenty of room under the stand to make more tanks :)
cheers

I love everything about your tank so far!!

thanks man, still got some more settings to do

btw just wandering do you guys think that there is not enough heights on the tank? the current dimension is 250cm (L) x 80cm (w) x 60cm (h),
I could move the tank into the lower stand, and make new tank on top. I made the height on this one 60cm using 12mm thick glass. The current height is OK under the safety factor of 3,8. But if I make the height into 70cm, using 12mm glass, the safety factor will also reduce to 2,5 average.
What do you guys think?
cheers

OK!!, here are some today's updates, I am not happy with the height of the first tank. So I've decided to move the previous tank into the lower stand, and make a brand new tank on top, which is now 20 cm higher than the first one. So the dimension is now 250cm x 80cm x 80cm, and if calculated, it ended up to around 420g. I have to bring in the crew to the house to move the previous tank and build the new tank.
So here are some photos of the process....
