Nice looking tank... too bad its a little bare, but other wise very nice... i can only imagine it must have been a hassle to get to the back of the tank to reach the middle filters suction cups as you mentioned...

Also, could you post a pic of the top of the tank and the frame? Is its designed for lids or is it euro-braced?

It's designed for glass top lids but the plastic trim does not have the strength to hold the lids. It's the braces that actually holds them in place. My tank has glass braces all around the top tank with the plastic trim on top of it.
That tank is SOOOOOO sick Bro! I'm seeing some monster mopani wood chunks in your future! Are you going to run a gravel/sand substrate? Thanks and yes I will be picking up some large pieces of driftwood later on. For substrate I'm looking into some PFS from Home Depot. Also that lighting is just too much for me and I'll probabely pick up some 4ft ballists with white lightbulbs.

. Also on your plastic trim I asked my LFS to ask if he can order some in because another friend of mine needs 17' of it for his 100 gallon. Just waiting for a reply. Will let u know.
Cool deal. I know glass cages can get you the thin cheap stuff that just wraps around the tank. I was hoping for something a bit more professional looking. Yours looks like a standard tank trim. I ask because our tanks are the same dimension. 8 x 3
