new 540gal cichla tank!!

i drained it last night and measured it this morning with no water and it still has the 1/4'' bow.

i never checked before i filled it up but i think im good bc it hasnt changed from filled and not filled.
im thinking ill silicone in some more support braces just to be safe but i think every things a ggo
 
Sounds like a good idea.....Id add 2 or three braces to the top of that tank. Hope it holds for ya cause thats a steal of a deal.

I too like the look and ease of maintanance of a glass tank.
 
Damn I thought I came across great deals only to now find out that I come across good deals.
 
thats a freakin steal! congrats man! keep us posted, i too would put a couple supports across the top just for my personal preference but thats just me.

thanks guys! i am going to put 2 more braces across the top i have some extra plate glass lying around im going to use. i need this thing to work out my cichla and aro are way too big to stay in my 220
