nice pickup, i would have used 3/4" ply instead of 1/2" and filled the cinder block support columns full of concrete with a couple rebar dowels in the openings and added cross supports every 12" between the ply sheets basically doubled up if my math was right you are looking at more or less three tons of weight sitting on that plywood . I hope im just paranoid and it works great for ya !
