New additions

I got 5 young Flowerhorns the other day (about 1 1/2 inches). They were kept in a tank that was way too small and overcrowded so I'm hoping that they can heal up nicely. Here are a couple shots of a few of them. I'll probably just pick my favorite and rehome the rest. We'll see how long they stay together without too much agression.

I would go with the one on the top for sure.

Keep them all if you have the space for them for now... let them grow together and hope you get a pair!

I was kind of hoping for a pair, but really just looking for one stunner. It shouldn’t be too hard to get rid of the extras, I just want to make sure that I don’t lose any to aggression. So far things are peaceful since I had a couple bigger established fish in this tank. They are keeping things in check for now. The tank I got them from was chaos.

Guess I'll keep this as a little journal on these guys as they grow out. Going to have to spread them out soon as I'm seeing some aggression starting, and the tank is pretty overstocked at the moment.

I'm guessing these 3 are males as they are the most colored and top of the pecking order. I have 3 others that are being a bit camera shy.
