I came up with this idea because I wanted the minnows to be able to swim in from multiple directions.
So here it is. I took a liquorish container and cut holes in the sides and put the water bottles in and glued them in place.
The fish have 6 entry points, but also 6 exit points so the trap needs to be checked often. I also hung a large hook with a worm right in the middle of the entry points to hopefully draw more fish in.
You can also remove the whole lid so its easy to remove fish. Just make sure to drill holes in the top of the lid to let the air out when sinking the trap.
