Turns out the aquarium room is going to be all mine. I have got a section for my 360 gallon and a 16 foot wall section for another monster tank. The door is only 3 foot wide and means that is the widest the tank is going to be.

I'm going to put in an African Tiger Fish tank and a South American Leaf Fish tank as well. Pictures should come soon!

Not technically, you could still build a larger tank in there :naughty:.

I know, however with the new monster tank I'm going to put in a new plexiglass tank from a company out of Southern California. I have had my older tank for quite some while and want something exceptionally clean and good looking like a new Plexiglas tank.

actually, u could build as big of a tank as u wanted and move it in there. just make one that can be took apart and put back together. i was originially gonna do that but couldn't really afford it. just make all the panels seperate. water proof them and carry them into the room, put it together with 3/4" bolts, alot of silicone and BOOM. then when/if u move. cut the silicone away and take it apart. :headbang2:headbang2

i read somewhere african tigerfish eventually need @least 900+ gallons. so build yourself a nice 1000 gallon tank and make that ur center pc ;)

Sorry I'm going to have to wait until next weekend to post pictures. I could not free up Todd my neighbor for use of him and his camera. The Aquarium room is looking good though more than what I expected.

More pictures when the aquarium room is done.

The room is 12 foot by 16 foot and has a concrete foundation, drainage inside, running water inside with a lot of electrical power inside. Check it out!

Small door make it hard for getting big tanks into it.

Actually the picture with the door is at an angle to show more of the interior, the doorway itself is 35 inches. I did not have much say on the dimensions of the room, my family asked if I would want an aquarium room and I said of course then next thing you know the room was built without my consultation 10 days latter. I'm not at all complaining though.

you could always get a wider tank, just go in sideways. as long as the height isnt more then 3 feet itll get thru the door
