how long you own the aro for and the RTC?
have you try feeding it bloodworm? feeder fish aint really good for your fish but whatever it will eat just give it and swtich the diet when its eating like pig.
as for now your tank is should be good but like others said you will be looking about at new tank like in 4-5 months (if that is long style tank) and RTC do get larger the biggest i have seen is over 2 feet and big in diameter.
feeder fish is good only to jump-start them to eat if everything else is failed and its usually is work.

Everything said about the RTC is completely true I've witnessed a 1 inch RTC eat a 2 1/2 inch silver no problem... at a LFS get that RTC out and get a bigger tank your fish will be much happier and if your worried bout $ fish keeping really isn't a great hobby especially if you want big fast growing fish, if you have a 72 keep smaller fish that dont need a extremely varied diet
