she is not eating yet and i think the pics make her look better than what she is she is awfly skinny. climing glass last night but not looking for food underside is a little rough. i don't want to give her a bunch of treatments to cure her (shot gun aproch) however i would hate to loose her. here i a shot of her underside.

It's pretty obvious ECZS is selling sick rays..

That open sore on the bottom of the disc is either from ammonia burn and/or inappropriate substrate.. Looks exactly like the damage that rook45's rays had upon purchase.

What a horrible vendor.. No surprise though!

i thought the mark by the spot appeared to be like a pimple with a head on it but i think it is like a wound or something it appears to be healing and not infected. it came from a vendor that special ordered it for me. i doubt that it is a on line vendor. the point is that it is in bad shape and just trying to get it on the right path. i think i will give her some prazi tonight. i will keep you up dated

Sorry but this is a silly question.. what kind of substrate is it on? The red rashes look like something is irritating it really bad..

i think this is part of the gamble we have with fish some times. it is a bit hard to swallow since they are not cheap. but i guess maybe the vendor got screwed too,did not know it was in poor health, or just neglected there stock. i think i have seen it all. the good the bad and the ugly. i just hope she pulls threw.

miles it is a fine gavel have had several rays in with this gravel no problem came in this way. she is buried in it right now so i don't think it is irritating her. never mind about ECZS i just read rook45's thread.

well i have had her since late Monday now and still not eating shrimp,blk worms, ghost shrimp,and red worms. no luck. prazied the tank but i just think it is too late. i feel that she has gotten ammonia burn a some point of her shipping period witch at this point slight chance of recovery. here are some pics of other issues of concern of her health
foreign object in left top gill slit and white on edge of disc it is only on this portion an the underside of this area is fine. bacterial? or healing old wound? no stinger ether what a disappointment
