thanks, I searched the lfs here, super red cost around $250, size about 6", is that a good price? red tail cost less, only $30. I'm thinking to buy the super red one if thats a good price.

Get the SR and post pics. I gotta see this if this is really a SR. Do they have cert?

nice it looks like a lil baby jar... when my aros were that size i broke up haikari sticks for arows and they grew fast

That doesn't look like green aro to me,any better picture? is more look like regular Irian or more famous with Australian aro than green. that only value $5 in Indo :D:D. green aro is more expensive and Pino or just regular golden shine

Whatever it is nice pick up for 7$. I would not give it crikets however. Try and see if it will accept broken arrowana sticks. I found when my mine was that size it was really easy to get it to eat the pellets.

nice jardini and no it wont work for life

Dam.. i'm missing my own Jardini already.. was around this time last year when i got it.. until it died at 8".......:(

yes they do, this is their website http://www.shelookred.com, its located near where I lived. I am tempted to get the SR, but I have to make a good preparation including a big tank and a good filter. I better start saving from now.

last night I gave it blood worms, and the jar went crazy about it, just like having spaghetti lol.

you maybe right about it, it may just be a regular irian but thats good enough for me as this is my first aro. So I'm going to take a good care of it.

I tried floating pellets but I had no luck with it, but it seems to enjoy blood worms much. I'll try some variation, perhaps with shrimp meat?

yeah I figured that one, so I guess I better start saving for a bigger tank.

It's a jar, not an asian. 100 gallon nowhere near enough for life.

yes its just a jar
